The novelty and flavors of this dish were just
fantastic! Rosa demonstrated the most expensive dish on the menu: Nopalitos.
Why was it expensive? Because she couldn't make this salad until she called
her mom INTERNATIONAL LONG DISTANCE in Mexico to check with her on the ingredients
and preparation for this delicious cactus leaf salad with Tofu Cheese! What
a picnic!
