Tasty Turkey
Wraps
"Okay,"
says Pooks, "My entry for the No-Cook Meal:"
- 1 large (burrito-size)
flour tortilla -- 3 C
- 1 oz. Philly
Lite Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese Spread -- 2 F
- 2 oz. shaved
deli Turkey breast -- 2 P
- 1 oz. shredded
Kraft Low-Fat 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese -- 1 P
- A few ripe olives
-- 1 F
- Some chopped
onion (not enough to count)
- A handful of
alfalfa sprouts (not enough to count)

Spread
a wide stripe of Philly Lite Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese Spread down
the center of the tortilla. Put the two ounces of turkey breast on
top of the cream cheese spread, then sprinkle the sharp cheddar down
the turkey. Toss on some olives (unless you opt for extra cream cheese
spread), onions and alfalfa sprouts. (You could use a bit of pico
de gallo for extra flavor, or lettuce instead of the sprouts. I just
like something green and crunchy to give it an extra texture and flavor.)
Fold
the sides of the tortilla up over the top and eat!
Note:
I hope I'm right about the alfalfa sprouts and chopped onion being
too small portioned to have to count. Anyway, I eat this regularly,
and it doesn't pop me out of the zone!
