Turkey and Chicken Wraps

  • 1 flour tortilla (I found a brand in the grocery store that only has 19 carbs w/ 1 gram of fiber)
  • 3 oz turkey deli meat
  • 1 oz ff cream cheese (I use the ff vegetable cream cheese)
  • 1 oz low fat cheddar cheese
  • sliced black olives (enough for your fat blocks)
  • chopped onions (not enough to count)
  • lettuce (not enough to count)

Spread tortilla w/ cream cheese. Add turkey, cheddar cheese and the rest of the veggies, roll up and enjoy!

I posted this a couple weeks ago that I got from some Zone site (probably this list, so I'm not trying to steal the credit)! Shred a cooked chicken breast and mix with 1 chopped apple, 10 sliced grapes, 2 tbls. Chopped celery and 3 tbls lite mayo ( I use lite canola mayo, great flavor) mix and eat. This is only for people who like that mixed meat and fruit thing. Looks like a serving of this is pretty darn close per serving to 2 blocks. Room enough for a salad and dessert to get your extra blocks. Haven't tried it but found on the 'net.
