Now for a very popular, off-the-wall TVP® recipe... Fruit Crisp with TVP®
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray rectangular pan, 9x9x2 inches, with cooking spray. Mix apples with fructose. Spread evenly in pan, sprinkle with nutmeg. Mix ground oats, brown sugar, rolled oats, nuts, TVP® and cinnamon. Drizzle with canola oil. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake about 30 minutes until brown and bubbly. Make 16 carb blocks, 16 fat blocks, (only 2 grams protein per block serving). Serve with2 Tbs. Cream Cheese Delight per block.
