I have divided them up into sections in advance of starting this, because I suspect that this will be a BIG reference guide eventually, and this should make it easier to navigate. I have identified many of them as "Phony " because that is just what they are. We are accustomed to using animal protein dishes as main courses. I hope this doesn't offend any die hard vegetarians, but this is just the way it is. Less explanation required on my part.
