- The Taste Test: I love cheese and have found this helps. No they are not the same as cheese. But work good for I block snack or in an omelet or in salad. They come in many flavors. Pepper Jack being my favorite. Have american, provolone, cheddar and others. I try to use them in combination with cheese, using less cheese. In time when I get weaned off cheese this will be as good.

- I would buy this product again because.... I have a hard time eating enough meat so this helps with the protien balance. Hope this helps others out. I love the information we all share.
